Anyone can be affected by a crisis. It is possible that a parent was in a car accident, lost their job, was diagnosed with cancer, or is simply struggling to make ends meet. This happens every single day, and can easily throw our Ottawa families into financial hardship. The Education Foundation of Ottawa can provide support during these difficult times when more than 15,000 children in our school board are experiencing the effects of poverty.
